3 Steps for connecting to reduce Boredom, Anxiety, and Loneliness.
Try to shift the attempt to “eliminate fear” to focus on “I have the right to choose”:
① Choosing connected: I can choose any object I want to connect with. I can watch the news all the time or just a movie.
② Being connected: Being present with the “one thing” you are doing right now such as watching a movie is watching a movie.
③ Staying connected: If watching a movie makes you feel good entirely, then just continue watching.
Do not forget the “heart connected” because of the “physical distance”.
