
Yoga Therapy
Through yoga movements and breathing exercises, as a yoga therapist, I assist people who are suffering from physical, mental and emotional life imbalances. Private on-site courses, private online courses and group courses are available.
Private on-site courses and private online courses aim at individuals’ current living conditions, and their intentions to improve physical and mental wellbeing. Throughout these courses, as a yoga therapist, I guide and assist clients with yoga postures, breath and dialogue to help individuals better understand their current physical and mental states, the ultimate goal of which is to apply these sessions in daily life. Providing individuated course content tailored to, and intertwined with each client’s real-time life experiences creates a symbiotic feedback loop designed to restore the personal balance of body and mind.
Group courses are targeted at specific groups, such as cancer patients, trauma survivors, senior people, pregnant women, postpartum mothers, etc., providing yoga practice themes suitable for each specific group. Through my guidance of yoga postures and breath, as well as the support and cooperation among members in the group, members can better understand their current physical and mental states, with the ultimate goal of living better and embracing their present lives.
Target audience: people who are undergoing treatment for various diseases, those who want to improve their physical/psychological/life conditions, those with physical and/or mental trauma, and anyone who wants to make their lives better.
Pain Care Yoga
Through yoga movements and breathing methods, as a yoga therapist, I assist chronic pain groups to recover their physical and mental health. Private on-site courses, private online courses and group courses are available.
Private on-site courses and private online courses aim at individuals’ currently experiencing chronic pain. I guide yoga postures and breath to help people with chronic pain better understand their bodies and breath, helping people to gain basic knowledge of their pain, and continuing their daily lives anytime and anywhere through this practice. The ultimate goal is to gradually alleviate chronic pain, allowing clients to embrace relaxed and beautiful lives again.
The group courses are for specific chronic pain groups. I provide yoga practice themes in terms of the specific group, i.e. postoperative recovery, various degeneration problems of senior people, etc. Through yoga postures and breath, members can understand their bodies and breath, and learn basic pain care, gradually alleviating chronic pain.
Target audience: sufferers of all kinds of chronic pain.


Breathing yoga
This course is different from the general yoga practice, which is based on holding yoga postures coupled with breath awareness and exercise. This course focuses on breathing exercises that are supplemented with body movements. It starts with breathing exercises and then adds simple yoga postures to make the practitioners more aware of their breath, how to proceed to breathe most effectively, and to improve breathing patterns. Meanwhile, practitioners are able to move freely. Private live courses, private on-site courses, private online courses and group courses are available.
Target audience: sufferers of respiratory illnesses; anyone.
Reminder
The above therapeutic courses all belong under the subheadings of complementary and alternative medicine, yet they are not medical treatments. Therefore, it is highly recommended to ask professional physicians to evaluate your current condition to ascertain whether it is suitable for physical and breathing practice before attending any of these courses.
