We easily complain because the results have not met our expectations or standards. When the complaint arises, we could pause and think for a while: “What are the parts that I am most satisfied with now?” If feeling that nothing is satisfactory, try to take another moment and think again: “Am I looking for what satisfaction should be?”
What is contentment? In my opinion, it means “making good use of current resources, focusing on right here and now, and being content with the present satisfaction.”
